Dr Ramesh is the Director of Way2MedSchool. He has over 18 years of clinical and teaching experience in the NHS and Charity sector and is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical and Health Education.

Dr. Zohaib's dedication to teaching is commendable. Mrs Carol joined the Way2MedSchool team in August 2023. She has 25 years clinical experience mainly in the NHS. She is passionate about teaching, supporting and nurturing students to achieve their full potential, ready for a career in medicine and a lifetime of opportunities.

Dr Ryan joined the W2M team in October 2023. He has been a doctor in the NHS for over 4 years and has developed a keen interest in teaching.

Dr Ananda joined the W2M team in June 2024 and has been instrumental in setting up our UCAT course. As you can see from his accolades, Dr Ananda is a very experienced physician and teacher. As a current Medical Student and having recently been successful through the admissions process, Akshaya is an important member of the W2M team. Not only does she provide a valuable insight into current Medical Education and an inside knowledge of the challenges of applying to Medical School, she enjoys teaching and tutors many students with excellent feedback.

Akshara is a first-year Medical Student who joined the Way2MedSchool team in November 2024. Drawing on her own recent experience of the medical school admissions process, she understands the challenges students face and how to navigate them effectively. Akshara enjoys teaching and mentoring, finding it rewarding to help students build confidence and work towards their aspirations of studying medicine. She is dedicated to supporting others and is committed to guiding aspiring medical students through this important stage in their journey.
